Allergen Statement

    At Barry’s Pies & Pasties Bakery , we take food safety and allergen awareness seriously. All of our products are handmade in our kitchen where the following allergens are present:

 

  • Gluten (wheat flour used in pastry and some fillings)

  • Milk (including cheese, cream, butter)   

  • Eggs

  • Celery

  • Mustard

  • Sulphites (in some vinegars or wines used in recipes)

  • Other allergens such as nuts, soya, and sesame are not used  intentionally, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination is possible due to the shared kitchen space.

product labels and menu.

Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
If you have a severe food allergy, we strongly advise that you
contact us directly before consuming our products.
