Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to update or amend your order, please
Contact via Contact form as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being prepared or dispatched.
Please note: billing information cannot be edited after checkout.

How quickly can I get my order?
You can choose a delivery date up to 4 days in advance.
For next-day delivery, please place your order before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the day after next.

Which courier do you use?
We work with a reliable local driver to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time.

My order was delivered late — is the food still fresh?
If your delivery was delayed, please check the use-by date printed on each item’s label before consuming.
All our pies, pasties, and quiches remain fresh for 5 days upon arrival, if kept refrigerated.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes! We supply to cafes, shops, events, and more.

Can I add products to an order I’ve already placed?
Yes — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll send you an updated invoice with a secure payment link.

Product Expiry & Storage Information
To ensure the best quality and flavour, please take note of the shelf life and storage requirements for our handmade pies, pasties, and quiches.

Shelf Life
Pies, Pasties & Quiches: Our products are freshly baked and dispatched chilled. Once received, they have a 5-day shelf life if stored correctly.

Storage Instructions
Refrigeration Required: Please refrigerate all pies, pasties, and quiches immediately upon arrival to keep them fresh and safe to eat.
Packaging Dates: Each product is individually packed and clearly labelled with a use-by date. Please check the label and consume within the recommended time.

Heating Instructions
Our products can be enjoyed cold, but for the best taste, we recommend reheating:

Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan).

Place the pie, pasty, or quiche on the middle shelf and heat for 15–20 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.

Do not re-freeze: Our products are cooked fresh and sent out chilled (never frozen), so they must not be frozen after delivery.
Important Note on Perishable Items
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for perishable items if they were delivered for use at a later date. Please select your delivery date carefully, especially if ordering for a special event.
