Return and Refund Policy
All of our products are handmade in small batches with great care, using fresh ingredients. We want you to be happy with your order — so if something isn’t right, please let us know.
Perishable food items
Due to the perishable nature of our pies, pasties and quiches, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected.
If there is a problem with your order — such as a missing item, a mistake, or if the product arrives damaged — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue.
We’ll do our best to put things right, whether that means a replacement, a credit for a future order, or a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to offer a refund.
To cancel or report an issue, please contact us directly via phone, email or social media as soon as possible.
