All our products are handmade using fresh ingredients and contain
no artificial preservatives. To ensure quality and safety, please follow the recommended storage guidelines below:
Pies
Refrigerated (0–5°C):

Meat pies (such as Beef & Ale, Chicken & Mushroom): best consumed within 3 days of production.

Vegetarian pies (such as Cheese & Onion, Vegetable): best consumed within 4 days.
Frozen (-18°C or below):

Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

Freeze on the day of purchase.

Defrost fully in the fridge before reheating.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Pasties
Refrigerated:

Meat pasties: up to 3 days.

Vegetable pasties: up to 4 days.
Frozen:

Freeze if not eaten within 24 hours.

Best consumed within 2 to 3 months.

Defrost fully before reheating.

Do not reheat from frozen unless fully cooked.
Quiches
Refrigerated:

All quiches (such as Lorraine, Spinach & Feta): best consumed within 3 days.

Store in an airtight container below 5°C.
Frozen:

Suitable for freezing for up to 2 months.

Wrap well to protect from freezer burn.

Defrost fully before reheating.

Food Safety Guidance

Products should be cooled to room temperature within 90 minutes before refrigeration or freezing.
