Payment Terms
We kindly ask all one-off (non-wholesale) customers to pay in advance.
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a payment link or bank details.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

– Secure payment by invoice
– Cash on collection (only for local pickup orders)
Payment must be received in full before we begin preparing your order.
For UK Customers
All orders are processed and delivered within the United Kingdom.
Please ensure you provide your full name, collection or delivery details, and a valid email or contact number when placing your order.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within this time will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Late cancellations or missed collections may not be eligible for a full refund, as all our products are handmade to order.
Important Notes
Once your order has been confirmed, it is considered final unless cancelled in advance.
We are a small, family-run bakery and every product is made fresh to order.
